Earlier news that this upcoming weekend UFC London 2020 card lost its title, hits kept coming and it was a snowstorm of injuries.

At least when trying to move the original event, the plans soon fell apart. Now we have assurances through various sources as well as social media (courtesy of MMAJunk’s Mike Bone.

These battles have been canceled due to travel restrictions and safety concerns in the coronavirus epidemic and the inability to re-determine them in a short order. The UFC even attempted a Hale Mary in the form of an internal e-mail by Earl Helwani so that fighters outside the UFC could probably be used as last-minute talents.

So far, the decision to go with events against conventional knowledge has not gone as well as the UFC had hoped.
